Solenoid

Solenoid handle controlled locks are best suited in medium traffic doors. The lock can be switched between fail-locked and fail-unlocked states. The locks can be electrically controlled by access control system or by a remote control system such as timer, keypad or push button. Compliant versions of the handle controlled solenoid locks can be used both in exit doors and fire rated doors. Only the outside handle is electrically controlled. Other versions include solid spindle versions for read in/out applications. Many Abloy solenoid locks have full monitoring functionality.
