      Effeff 331U Electric Strike specially designed to lock doors along escape routes. The escape door strike and its respective counterpart 807 have been tested in accordance with applicable regulations and are approved as suitable for electrical locking systems in doors along escape routes. Reliable unlocking under preload and available in 12V or 24V DC. These strikes are handed so door information needed prior to ordering.

      Effeff 352M.80 motor lock is Suitable for single and double action doors. It is Fail unlocked and tested to BS EN 13637. It is supplied with a 25mm plate and is available in 12-24V DC.

    • 807 Latch

      Effeff 807 Mortice latch locks are tested in accordance with applicable regulations and are approved as suitable mating components for electrical locking systems in doors along escape routes. Adjustable from 12mm - 17mm Projection meaning it can be adapted on site to suit the application.

    • 828 Magnet

      Effeff 828 Magnet is suitable for use on doors along escape routes and has been tested to BS EN 13637. It is available in ether 12 or 24V DC. Additional accessories can be purchased separately.

    • EDS Display Terminal

      ePED Display Door Terminal can be used with or without time delay. To be used as a complete package with It has been tested according to the requirements of BS EN 13637:2015 (electrically controlled exit systems for use on escape routes)

      Product description-

      For use with or without time delay, with 4-wire-bus-connection in HiO technology.

      Emergency opening panel to operate and control the electrical locking elements on escape routes.

      The time delay is tested according to the requirements of DIN EN 13637:2015 (electrically controlled exit systems for use on escape routes) as per EN 61508 Safety Integrity Level 2 (SIL2).

      Time delay applications are subject to local Building. Regulations. Additional permissions may be required.
