How it works

The sites and locks to use are first added and named to CUMULUS system. Rental resources, such as sports venue or self-service storage, are created in the booking system.
When a customer books and pays a service in a reservation system, the system instructs CUMULUS to create an access permission for the user at the chosen time. The access permission appears in the user’s CUMULUS application. If the user has not yet registered for the service, CUMULUS system sends an invitation to the user to download the app and register to the service.
The given access permission allows the user to open the required locks at the chosen time and consume the services.
