In the event of a power failure or fault, the lock opens. For scenarios requiring high locking pressure while still ensuring the door opens during a power failure. Can be triggered by a fire alarm or smoke alarm system to ensure safe exit from hazardous areas. Not suitable as an electric locking system according to EltVTR or DIN EN 13637.
