Populate the form with all your personal information
Click "Submit"
After the form has been submitted, it will be sent for approval before the account will be created. When your account is created you will receive an email with a username and a One Time Password that you need to change upon the first login.
Please note that the approval process might take a couple of days, so please have some patience before contacting our support.
Since your account request needs to be reviewed and approved by someone at ASSA ABLOY first, it might take up to 2-3 days before your account is created and your user credentials are sent to you via email.
If you still have not received any email with credentials after 2-3 days, please reach out to our support for further assistance.
Please make sure to also check your spam folder before contacting our support.
Follow the below steps for logging in to the Partner Area:
Click on the “Sign in” button above
You will now get redirected to our partner HID and their login service
Enter your username and password
Click “Login”
You will now get asked to share your personal information with us
Click “Allow”
You will now get redirected back to the page you logged in from and your personal content will appear under your name in the header navigation
Please note that you will get asked to provide a permanent password in case it is the first time you are logging in.
Follow the below steps in case you have forgotten your password or want to change it:
Click on the “Sign in” button above
You will now get redirected to our partner HID and their login service
Click "Reset Password"
Enter your email address in the "User name" and "Recovery email address" fields
Select "SMS" or "Email" depending on how you want your new temporary password delivered
Click “Next”
A new temporary password will now be sent to you within a couple of minutes
Please note that the sender of the email is "no-reply.authentication-service@hidglobal.com"
Click “Next” to get back to the login form where you can use your new temporary password
After receiving the new temporary password, you will need to provide a new permanent password like you did the first time you logged in.
For desktop users: After you have logged in, you will see your name appearing in the header navigation of the website. If you hover that, there will be a menu appearing with all the sections of the Partner Area that you have access to.
For mobile users: After you have logged in, you will see your name appearing inside the hamburger menu of the website. If you click on your name, you will see all the sections of the Partner Area that you have access to.
