The shackle height options are 25mm, 50mm and 100mm with a diameter of 10mm. The body of the padlock is made of surface hardened steel and the shackle material is a surface hardened boron steel. The surface treatment of the body frame and shackle is bright chrome. This product has ABLOY DISKLOCK PRO -lock system. The key must be fully inserted before the plug can rotate. This increases the longevity of the lock as the return bars cannot be damaged by accidental key turning. The first disc in the lock is made of hardened steel and is free-floating. This provides drill resistance as well as lock picking resistance.
