SC211 Safe deposit duel cylinder lock.

SC211B is a double security lock where another key is intended to work with the customer's key and the other one with its own key. Chrome plated lock, lock body and latch made of nickel-plated steel. When opening a lock, both keys are required but closing is only possible with the customer's key. This product is available on Protec and Sentry key systems. One key fits several style locks including padlocks and cylinders etc.
