Double-secured locking and access control. LocalPD is a CLIQ key programming device which is connected to a PC. LocalPD is used to authenticate administrators to CLIQ Web Manager system with the programming key and to program CLIQ keys locally. The communication between CLIQ Remote server, LocalPD and the CLIQ key is encrypted for maximum security.
