The locks can be used both in exit and fire rated doors. The lock is recommended to be used in high traffic doors of public buildings, business premises, hospitals, educational premises, shopping centres and sports stadiums. EL422 have indications for EAC and control box EA420 is needed with this electric lock. El422 is a RZ model which means that it is suitable for Swiss cylinder standards.
