From a telephone exchange operator to the Head of Business Development

Tuija Kuokkanen could not have believed where her career path at Abloy would take her when she entered the gates of her new job in 1993. Tuija's characteristic interest in various things was noticed and she quickly moved on to new positions within the company.

- During these 30 years, I have been doing many different things, which is one of the reasons why I enjoy working at Abloy. Creating a career in Abloy and the ASSA ABLOY concern is, in my view, possible for everyone. At Abloy, there are good training opportunities and many doors to open, Tuija says.
