Sustainability
Abloy is committed to sustainability in all its operations.
Abloy's vision is to be an attractive company to its employees, and there are several areas of action within this commitment.
Abloy has a program for occupational health and safety, and the risks are strictly controlled. Objectives are based on a zero-vision. The program is lead by our own health clinic and security and safety manager together with a designated working group.
All new employees undergo a training program, which includes the Code of Conduct.
We have a program for equality between male and female employees.
In product development and production we pay attention to reducing the use of chemicals, the energy used and the material needed to fulfill the product's quality requirements. The three factories emissions are followed yearly in an eco-balance sheet.
